Guidelines 

To present a paper or a poster at ICORS 2023, please prepare an abstract using the guide.tex and icors2023.cls templates from ICORS2023.zip. This folder contains the following files: 

• guide.tex, LaTeXtemplate for preparing an article
• guide.pdf, pdf compiled view of the LaTeXtemplate
• icors2023.cls, style file for the LaTeXtemplate  

Follow the format instructions given in the guide.tex template. The text in this file is written in the prescribed format and can be used as a specimen. Save the file icors2023.cls in your working directory.  

The posters, which should be vertical (DIN A0 = 84.1 × 118.9 cm), will be clipped to the available supports (clips will be provided).

Main recommendations 

• Abstracts (no more than 2 pages) in english should be submitted electronically on the submission page. 
• Abstracts should be prepared using the conference style (including the title of the communication, the author(s), their affiliations and adresses, etc.).
• Submit both the *.tex and the *.pdf files of your abstract.
• Figures: while it is not forbidden to include figures we really discouraged it.
• File size: files larger than 1 Mb are not preferred.
• LaTeXmacro: please avoid the use of any non-standard macro, packages, and the definition of new commands.  

Submission process 

To manage this process, we choose to use a French system that requires that you create an account on SciencesConf. This is a Web platform to manage scientific conferences organized by academic and research institutions. It is developed by CCSD - CNRS (French National Centre for Scientific Research).  

The two main steps are: 

When filling out your form, indicate whether your abstract is submitted for a possible talk or for the poster session.
