Abstract submission and registration for the conference are two different steps. For registering for the conference ICORS 2023, please read first the instructions below and then go to the registration link. There is no obligation to submit an abstract for your registration to be effective. 

Registrations are open until May 7, 2023. 

 

Registration fees

Only credit card payments VISA and MASTERCARD in Euro (EUR) are accepted by the Paybox secured payment platform*. The dates for the different categories (Early bird, Standard) refer to the date when the payment has been received (not to the registration date!). All prices listed are in Euros (EUR). Taxes are already included in the prices listed.

 The registration fee covers:  

  • Conference materials,  
  • Admission to all sessions,
  • Coffee breaks,
  • Ice breaker, 
  • Welcome reception, 
  • Social activity including wine and french local products tasting. 

 Invited speaker - follow the instructions that you have received by email.  

 

Additional options

The participants can also add: 

  • ECAS-ICORS Course on Monday 22, 2023: 40 EUR (it includes coffee breaks and lunch on Monday). 

  • Lunches (Tuesday to Friday): 60 EUR  

Lunches are taken at the administrative restaurant nearby the conference location and include vegetarian meals. It is not possible to choose specific days. Otherwise, many restaurants are accessible within a walking distance. 

  • Gala dinner on Thursday evening: 40 EUR 

     

For accompanying persons: those who wish to attend the social activity on Wednesday and the gala dinner on Thursday will be asked to pay a fee of 100 EUR. 

 

Cancellation 

No refunds will be granted.
